Born in 1979. Graduated from the Academic School of Music at the Moscow Conservatory (class of Natalya Dmitrieva), the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music and postgraduate studies at the Russian Academy of Music (class of Prof. Alexander Frauchi), postgraduate studies at the Higher School of Music in Karlsruhe (Germany). Associate Professor of the Gnessin Russian Academy of Sciences. Winner and laureate of 25 international guitar competitions in the USA, Spain, Poland, Italy, Israel and other countries. Among them are GFA 2002 (Miami, USA), XLII Francisco Tarrega Competition (Spain, 2008, the first ever winner from Russia), XXV Andres Segovia Competition (Spain, 2009).

Toured in Europe, Asia, America. He took part in festivals in Schleswig-Holstein, Moscow ("December evenings of Svyatoslav Richter", "Return"), Pablo Casals in France, Guitar Foundation of America (USA), guitar symposium in Iserlohn (Germany). The first guitar soloist who took part in the Orpheum Foundation Festival (Switzerland) and the Chamber Music Festival in Utrecht (Netherlands). Stage partners include Claudio Shimone, Leo Brouwer, Denis Matsuev, Patrick Galois, Edin Karamazov, Boris Andrianov, the Artis Quartet and others.

One of the founders of the International Festival "Guitar Virtuosi" in Moscow, head of the "classical" day of the International Festival "World of Guitar" in Kaluga, art director of the International Guitar Festival in Novosibirsk. Participates in the jury of the world's leading competitions: GFA  in the USA, named after A. Frauci, in Gorizia (Italy, 2016, chairman).

Recorded solo CDs for Naxos, Doberman, Daminus. The duet album with Boris Andrianov (Delos) entered the long list of Grammy Award nominees in the "chamber ensemble" section. Participated in the recording of the soundtrack of the film  "Passenger" by S. Govorukhin; starred in a documentary  "Battle for the guitar" (TK  "Culture", 2012) and feature musical film  "Spirit of Sonora" by composer Alexei Rybnikov (2016).
