Born in 1977 in Orel. In 2001 he graduated from the Moscow State Tchaikovsky Conservatory (viola class of Prof. Galina Odinets, chamber ensemble class of Prof. Tatiana Gaidamovich).

 

In 1999, as part of the Romantic Quartet, he won the 1st prize and seven special prizes at the 5th D. D. Shostakovich International Competition and began to conduct active concert activities. He performed in Russia and abroad.

He took part in music festivals named after David Oistrakh in Pärnu (Estonia), named after Anton Arensky in Nizhny Novgorod, "Young for Young" in Turin (Italy), "Quartet Art" in Moscow. He performed in concerts of the A.P. Borodin State Quartet.

Since 2008 he has been an artist of the Glinka State Quartet.
